First we would like to thank you for being on this amazing journey with us! With your overwhelming support at Eurovision our dream of being able to create music for you everyday has turned into reality. Thank you❤️

Before contacting us at merch.jokerout@gmail.com, we would like you to read the following Frequently Asked Questions:

 

How long will the shipping take?

We have a small team taking care of our merch. They are working with a fulfilment center in Ljubljana, Slovenia, who package our merch everyday weekday and then ship it with the national Post of Slovenia. The orders submitted before 11am will be sent the same day!

After that it usually takes another week for the merch to be delivered across Europe, however sometimes this takes more time (and sometimes less).

Can you send me a tracking number?

If you are in Slovenia you will receive a tracking number from Post of Slovenia directly. If you are ordering from outside of Slovenia we will send you a tracking number via email. This can take up to a week. Please check your spam email inbox if you didn't receive any updates from us.

Why don't you ship to my country?

We are shipping worldwide now to more than 180 countries! If yours is not on available please contact us.

Will there be merch available on tour?

YES! There will be a merch stand at all Slovenian and international concerts, however you might not be able to get every item that is available in the store.

Can the band members sign the t-shirt, leave a note...?

Since the merch is packaged from a fulfilment center, this is not possible. The band is however more than happy to give out autographs at the concerts:)

The item I want to buy is missing. When will it be back in stock?

We update the stock based on many factors. We can't guarantee however that some of the older pieces will be back in stock since we love creating new music and with that, new merch:) Many of you have been asking for LPs, which will be available in the new year!

However we kindly ask you not to contact the support about restocking of merch since they have no information about it.
